We are a licensed telecommunications operator under Hong Kong's Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA), and we run our own billing, channel management and customer support systems — so your order, your plan and your refund are handled by us, not passed on to a third party.

How We Work
We don't rent someone else's platform. Uhuibao runs its own billing, settlement and support systems, and works with local mobile operators in each destination. That is how a QR code reaches your inbox within 5-10 minutes — and how a refund can be handled without a ticket queue.

A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Your QR code scans once. Keep it safe — if you delete the eSIM from your phone, it cannot be reinstalled.
- Data only. Our eSIM plans don't include voice calls or SMS. Use WhatsApp, WeChat or similar apps to make calls.
- Check your device first. Your phone must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. iPhones and iPads sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR generally do not support eSIM — there are a few exceptions, see our device list.
- Turn on Data Roaming. It sounds counter-intuitive, but your eSIM needs it switched on to work.
